122mm Ohio Polypropylene and Twill Tape

Ohio carpet and rug edge binding tape 122 mm  Polypropylene tape with a twill weave, available in 9 colours.

Typically used to edge carpets, rugs, runners, mats and staircases.

The tape is folded evenly around the carpet or rug edge then sewn to the carpet so that approximately 60 mm is visible on the edge of the pile surface. This protects the edges from fraying or unravelling and means that carpets, mats, rugs and runners can be safely lifted and re-laid without damaging them because of the protection offered by the carpet edge binding tape. Often used to bind edges of floor coverings made from materials such as seagrass, coir, sisal and coconut. The Flexorand Wide Tape Binding sewing machine is designed to work with this 120 mm wide carpet and rug edge binding tape.

For technical reasons the roll length varies between 20 and 30 metres.  Backorders can be purchased at 30m, if the manufactured roll is shorter than this then a pro-rated refund will automatically be added to your account when the roll is despatched.
