Set of Needles and Feed Wheels to vary the pile height and format created by the Hofmann VML16 Handtuft Tufting Gun
Using these wheels and needles the carpet or rug pile can be made at different heights for regular even cut pile as well as loop pile which is achieved by removing the blade that cuts the yarn as it is blown through the hollow needle.
16 mm needle and feed wheel
18 mm needle and feed wheel
20 mm needle and feed wheel
25 mm needle and feed wheel
30 mm needle and feed wheel
35 mm needle and feed wheel
40 mm needle and feed wheel
45 mm needle and feed wheel
Using the 45 mm feed wheel with the 16 mm needle will create a “J” tuft with a 16 mm short leg and 74 mm long leg.
